Reservations: A deposit of 25%, which confirms your reservation payable by visa, Master Card. Balance due one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If a weekly reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival and another booking occurs the deposit less $25.00 transaction fee will be refunded. If another booking does not occur the full deposit will be kept. For the daily rate you need to cancel 1 week before arrival.
